Packing, Palletizing & Container Loading for All Our Product Series

We provide standardized seaworthy export packing solutions covering our full product portfolio:

Flooring Series, Molding Series, PS Series, Primed Series, Stair Tread Series, Wall Panel Series, Marketing Products and Display Series.

Every product undergoes strict packing procedures to withstand long ocean voyages, preventing scratches, edge chipping, impact breakage and moisture damage. Custom packing options are available to match different market and customs requirements.

 1. Inner Packing

All items from each series are packed into heavy-duty export corrugated cartons.

For long profiles such as moldings, PS trims, stair treads and wall panels, corner guards are applied on all vulnerable ends and edges to avoid chipping during handling.

Custom printed cartons, private labels and shipping marks can be arranged as requested.

 2. Palletizing

Cartons are stacked neatly and stably on export-compliant plywood pallets.

Plywood pallets are made of composite wood material, exempt from ISPM 15 phytosanitary treatment for smooth customs clearance for most countries.

If your destination requires, we offer optional ISPM 15 heat-treated wooden pallets with IPPC stamp.

Each pallet is reinforced with polyester strapping and fully wrapped with multi-layer waterproof stretch film. Angle boards protect pallet corners against deformation when forklifting. Clear shipping labels with item info and quantity are attached to every pallet.

• Flooring & Wall Panel Series: Standard bulk stacking

• Molding / PS / Primed Series: Extra edge protection for long strips

• Stair Tread Series: Separate reinforcement to keep anti-slip surface intact

• Marketing & Display Series: Careful packing to protect finished display samples

 3. Container Loading

Pallets are scientifically arranged and properly secured inside the container to stop shifting and collision on the sea.

We optimize loading layout to make full use of container capacity. Mixed loading of different series in one container is acceptable. Loading supervision service can be provided upon request.
